Overview

PortaShape is the central structure and canonization system for reusable Shapes: structured packages of meaning, settings, relationships, constraints, and instructions that can be instantiated into concrete results. It is intended for internal use, customer use, community use, developer use, and eventual open-source incorporation, while avoiding claims of mature production implementation in this repository. Implementation status: implemented in this repository only as documentation pages, company profile payloads, catalogue alignment notes, and Day-Two/Day-Three planning surfaces. Scaffolded project folders and Shape stubs exist. Runnable source code, deployment configuration, production readiness, active users, and operational data are not claimed.
