**Payload safety:** This scaffold excludes private keys, live credentials, access tokens, deployment secrets, concrete private observations, concrete reports, customer payloads, and other secret operational data.

- Review Day-One scaffold files for correctness.
- Validate JSON schemas and the first instance record.

## Next
- Promote the most important catalogue Shape records into focused docs.
- Add validation scripts for catalogue and instance records.

## Later
- Generalize `PS-BOOT-001` for non-AccuroTech users and small reusable products such as forms, pages, workflows, and reports.
